With a mat thickness of 5 mm, the "Mudra" Studio yoga mat offers sufficient cushioning in all exercise positions and pleasant comfort during relaxation exercises. The non-slip waffle structure ensures a good grip and a secure feeling in a wide variety of positions.

Light, practical and skin-friendly

The lightness of the yoga mat at only around 1.2 kg makes it ideal for on the go and for easy transport to the yoga class.

Tested for harmful substances according to STANDARD 100 (TP025 122612) by OEKO-TEX® (Baby Standard), free from latex, AZO dyes and DOP.

care instructions

The mat is very easy to care for and can be easily cleaned with a soft brush, a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water (1:1) or our organic yoga mat spray. Never clean with soap or machine.

Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

If the mat is damp, please let it dry first before rolling it up again.

For maximum durability, we recommend using the mat exclusively for yoga

With a diameter of 31 cm and a standard seat height of approx. 15 cm, the seat cushion can be used in a variety of ways. The filling can be individually adjusted thanks to the removable cover.

Classic design, ecological materials and processing

Made of robust organic fabric in a classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colors. Manufactured according to high social and ecological standards (GOTS certified). Specially heat-treated and particularly light organic spelled husks (kbA) from Germany adapt perfectly to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.
